Welcome to our Website—the place where individuals and small businesses can go to receive “immigration help”.

Arthur Office_resizeMy name is Arthur Carr, and I have practiced Immigration Law for over 25 years. My firm’s practice is dedicated exclusively to Immigration and Nationality Law, with special emphasis on business, personal, and family matters. We are particularly focused on serving the needs of small to medium-sized businesses, individuals, and those with problemed or difficult cases.

The practice of Administrative Law—and especially Immigration Law—has changed dramatically over the course of the last quarter century. With limited Court review of Federal administrative actions and decisions since 1984, the expansive exercise of discretion in Federal Agency decision and rule-making is at an all-time high. This has created an extremely technical and nebulous working environment in which to process and receive immigration benefits.

We are here to help you in this continuously fluid, challenging, and often baffling environment. We have extensive experience and success in virtually every business and family immigration visa classification. All of our cases are handled by an attorney licensed to practice law, in order to assure you of the highest quality professional representation.

My firm has the experience to help you make fully informed decisions that can mean the difference between winning and losing your case. We give personal attention to each and every detail of each and every case—so if your needs are either modest or ambitious, please give us a call at 314-862-0900. We will be delighted to hear from you.

Recently, an executive from one of the larger corporations here in St. Louis told me that a “medium-sized” company is now defined as one that has a gross annual revenue of $500 million or less. Using this definition, we generally represent small to medium-sized organizations in their immigration matters. Our services are performed on an “outsourced” basis for companies that require the attention of a firm that concentrates on nothing but immigration law.

In keeping with this philosophy, our office is not a “visa factory”. The cornerstones of our practice are personal service, strict attention to detail, and creative problem solving within the bounds of the law. Throughout the years, my staff and I have joined with the Management and Human Resources Departments of numerous “Green Industry”, high-tech, engineering, manufacturing, professional, and service organizations to help them achieve their immigration goals and objectives. Individuals and Families:

We welcome the opportunity to help individuals and families solve their immigration needs in a personal and comfortable working environment. No case is too “big” or “small”— each case is very important to us. I would be delighted to share some success stories with you.

Sometimes, a case is returned or denied for reasons that are not entirely clear. If this has happened to you, you owe it to yourself or your company to seek a second opinion about your predicament. If there is a solution, we will find it and act on it for you.

In other difficult situations, the solution to your immigration problems may not be readily ascertainable. Do not give up until you explore all of your available avenues and options for answers! My firm has had substantial success over the years handling cases just like these. Please call us for a free consultation to discuss your case.

Our many years of experience have taught us that no two immigration cases are ever alike, just as no two people or companies are ever alike. My firm has the passion and experience to meet your unique needs, whatever they may be. We are dedicated to our clients and our professional responsibilities to them. Please call us for a free consultation at 314-862-0900.
